Geneviève

The Exhibit "Global Village 2014' opened in Abcoude - The Netherlands on May 17th, 2014. Some of Geneviève's oil paintings were selected along with 60 international artists. (Abcoude is a small picturesque village just south of Amsterdam. Although you can see Amsterdam from this village it has a country-side feel. The location of the exhibition was at the historic Fort belonging to the 42 forts strong "Stelling van Amsterdam", a world heritage site dating 1885). The oil painting on the right of the picture (Abstract XII 'Sunset') was also chosen for the online gallery of the Gemeentemusuem - Den Haag 2014 Summer Expo "Licht".

Geneviève and Susan Ailleris (former President American Womens Club Amsterdam), taken November 3, 2013 at the Expat Fair. This annual event attracts thousands of Expats and Amsterdammers/Dutch with many organizations presenting their businesses, activities and clubs. The Expat organization 'Expatica' selected Geneviève's oeuvre as the sole artist painter. The Fair was held in the prestigeous and historic "Beurs van Berlage" building in Amsterdam - The Netherlands.
